If you can use a screwdriver and other basic tools then you will find that Semble modular kitchens are easy to put together. Our cabinet range has been designed and perfected to ensure you can simply and accurately assemble each product to ensure a quality DIY kitchen can be assembled every time.
Each component is cut to finished size, and drilled / machined as required for simple and accurate assembly.
Each instruction pack is custom generated for each kitchen so you only get the information you need. We also assist with the sequence of assembly and installation OR visit our youtube channel for our growing library of How To videos to get you through the important parts of the process.
Every Semble kitchen cabinets is manufactured to an exacting specification designed specifically for flat pack. This means the cabinet is packed unassembled, in a box with all required cut, drilled, and edged components and all hardware required for assembly. While many flat pack suppliers ask you to purchase doors, panels, and even hardware separately to your carcass, our Semble Design box simplifies this so we ship every item you require with the cabinet.
* we observe practical manual handling guides and will avoid any single box being more than 32kg whenever possible. All boxes over 32kg are clearly marked with “Heavy” stickers and we recommend using a second set of hands for all assembly and installation activities.
All Semble cabinets are constructed from solid 16mm High Moisture Resistant (HMR) Particle Board (PB) manufactured here in Australia. This guarantees the formaldehyde content exceeds the Australian standards for board and allows us to deliver you a product which is completely safe to cut and drill – click here for further info.
